When we were trying to block out time for things that were important to each of us, my ten year old daughter listed television time as something she wanted more of. I found this guide and it seems to be pretty useful.

What everyone has been claiming about them is true. I can feel them working my gluts, thighs and stomach with every step. love them! The price is steep but they *do* work.
